Ideas for "non-JESUS CENTERED events" in the Mentor Center: Gamers, Sports enthusiasts (instead of going to a sports-bar), Celebrations: baby shower, bachlor/bachlorette party, birthdays, anniversaries, company parties, etc. Adult supervision requirements: 1 adult to every 5 minors

 

(R/C) Reservation/Cleaning deposit:$200 fee is refundable if the facility cleanliness is maintained as found and nothing is damaged.  ALSO a damages "or missing" clause would need to be included...

FULL PAYMENT DUE:1 week before event?

Cancelations can only be refunded if 1 month's notice is received?

 

Base Package: $150 per hour (SELF-CLEANING: Just kitchen, bathrooms, TV, discoball, Big Screen, pool, boardgames, foosball, & exercise equipment-- INCLUDING time to set-up/clean-up) 

DAYS/TIME OF DAY: Wed-Friday evenings 6-10pm (if JEMS can come unlock/lock-up), 

Sat mornings: 8-11am & Sat evenings: 6pm-10pm (due to saving parking for customers and only if JEMS can come lock-up)

Number of people: 25-30 max??
 

Customized Package: (choose additional perks to add to the BASE PACKAGE for a fee)

Gaming consoles: $100 per event

Computers: $100 per event

Musical instruments: $300

Music studio room/equipment: $500 per event

 

Single category usage: ie. just the studio/bathroom...$250/hr??

 

Primo Package: EVERYTHING ABOVE $500/hr (not including the R/C deposit)

 

BASE OVERNIGHTpackage: $800/night for 1-4 people that are from the same family (IDs required).  Additional fee of $50?? each (up to 4 additional people) only available Monday-Friday 4pm-11am. Includes, shower, towels, basic toiletries, laundry PLUS $200 per day for reservation/cleaning deposit.  Customizing use is the same additional fees per day
